After months of preparation, HatHats released phase 1 of the HatHats Trade Partners journey and it all started on this very website!
The objective is simple, we wanted to support other coffee shops using our own experience and resources. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has caused havoc to the UK Coffee Industry and we know there are many businesses like ours that could do with some support right now. At HatHats Coffee our aim is simple to do the right thing, by our people, customers and those in the UK coffee industry. It has become clear over the past few months that we can help other independent coffee shops by sharing knowledge, tools and more access to the advantages of buying at scale. Over the last few months, times have changed but our objective hasn’t.
Over the coming months, we will be adding to our Trade Partners offer but to begin with, we’re starting small with our first attempt at a trade only part of our new website. We have been working throughout the lockdown on a new digital element to the HatHats offer and phase 1 of our digital plan is now live!
The plan is to stock the essential things you need for your business, whether this is coffee, syrups, blue roll or soya milk (not all of these items are available at the time of posting). We wanted to join forces and increase our bulk buying power making everything cheaper for everyone, and that's always a bonus! Not only will it be cheaper, but as we will stock all the essentials, you can get them all in one delivery so you aren't waiting around for multiple deliveries from different people! Another bonus!
