We are on the hunt for catering businesses interested in operating at Discovery Park in Sandwich.
In 2024, Louis Hurst, founder of HatHats Coffee, partnered with Discovery Park to offer a fresh approach to on-site catering. The goal is to bring a variety of locally owned food businesses to provide concessions and spaces across the vast science campus.
Several opportunities are available in 2025 as we aim to build a vibrant and diverse, high-quality food offering for the 100+ businesses and thousands of visitors who visit the site every year. Currently, Little Joe’s Deli and Pork and Co operate concessions five days per week on site, and we are looking to expand the range of hot and cold food to the newly refurbished kitchen and servery area opening from January.
Vendors will be selected based on a number of factors with their prime focus based on quality and value. Each concession will offer a specific menu, ensuring no competition for your food type is within the park. We provide all necessary setup, including kitchen and prep space.
Pop-up vendors are welcome to apply, with the option to operate weekly, daily, or occasionally, to enhance the food offerings. The food spaces operate Monday to Friday, making this an excellent opportunity for traders who are already active on weekends.
We are currently receiving demand for a pizza operator, Asian fusion cuisine, and other food and drink providers to create a diverse culinary experience year-round.
