This May, every latte you buy from HatHats Coffee is helping to plant a brighter future – one coffee tree at a time! A Latte becomes a Latree.

We’re proud to announce that, throughout the month of May, HatHats is planting a tree for every single latte sold. Through our partnership with Fees for Trees, we’re helping to grow sustainable futures for communities in Uganda – supporting both education and the environment in a meaningful way.

Planting Seeds of Sustainability

Some of the trees we are planting are being grown in school gardens. These coffee plants will eventually be harvested and sold, giving schools the opportunity to become self-sustainable. By empowering schools to generate their own income, we’re helping to provide long-term benefits to children and their communities – ensuring education continues to thrive.

Supporting Farmers and the Land

We’re also supporting a coffee planting programme on Mount Elgon, a region famous for its rich volcanic soils and ideal coffee-growing conditions. Planting coffee trees here not only benefits farmers, but it’s also great for the land – promoting soil health, preventing erosion, and enhancing biodiversity.

By helping farmers grow more coffee, we’re strengthening local economies, improving livelihoods, and making sure the environment flourishes for generations to come.
