We find it alarming how many coffee shops that have some amazing roasts to buy in caffeinated form, spare little time to think about the quality of coffee they are serving to their decaf customers. We wanted to put this right by providing a decaf with a difference.
We use the swiss water method, which is a lot more complex, but is solely water based with no harsh chemicals to alter the flavour! Thats right we remove all the caffeine with just water!
