Outlet Manager - Faversham (Full Time)
Pay: £15.00-£16.95 per hour

HatHats Coffee is one of Kent’s fastest growing coffee businesses. We are privately owned and continue to invest even in a challenging hospitality climate. People come first here. We build our teams carefully, support them properly, and run our sites with pride and purpose.
We are looking for an energetic and committed Outlet Manager to lead our Faversham Kiosk site. This is one of our busiest and best loved locations and we want someone who brings strong organisation, a calm head, and obsesses as much as we do about customer service.
Experience in coffee would be great, but it is not essential. Full training will be given. We welcome experienced hospitality managers as well as those who have worked in or managed in customer facing roles and are ready for the next step.
What the role involves
- Running the site day to day and maintaining our high standards
- Leading and motivating a team
- Managing rotas, stock, and general site performance
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Working with senior management to keep the site growing
